It was absolutely wonderful! In less than 60 seconds they spotted the replaced the valve within 5 minutes. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. These guys are honest, experienced and fast. Will definitely use them again in the future. The price was very reasonable too!

Lights are now off.  They said usually this will not reoccur but to bring it back if it does and they will look deeper.
 - NO CHARGE  -This is my second time I have gone to their shop.  These guys are not fancy they just the job done at a fair price.

Very satisfied with service and price.   They found the issue and repaired it .  They did not try to dupe me into fixing what did not need to be fixed.

I needed a new condensor for my car's a/c. I had gone to them several times last year for service and was pleased with them so I went back this year. I called them and they told me to bring the car in anytime; so I brought it in the next day. I left the car to be serviced and it was ready that afternoon. A/c seems to be working fine. The total was also less than what they had quoted so that in itself was a good thing. Would definitely recommend them as they are also very friendly.

The people were helpful and explained my options to me. Even though they could not restore my A/C on a '96 Honda to like new condition, they were able to give me cold air  at what I consider to be a very reasonable price and I am no longer suffering through the hot summer months.

WENT AS EXPECTED

I went by their shop and they looked at the car and agreed that the gaskets needed replaced. They did not feel however that the axels needed replaced. I was very pleased with the service and the price. These guys are great! Thanks Jimmy & Stu....you now have a new customer for life!!!

Great job! Explained everything. Honest and excellent customer service. Fair price for all the work they had to do and they fixed it right. Nice to have my AC working again.

There really isn't anything more to add.  The company was recommended on your list.  We called - they fixed - case closed. One more thing, the fellow who worked on our car was professional and very nice.

I can't say enough nice things about these guys.  They could have taken advantage of me and they were very honest.  They are very neat guys there.  I will continue to go back to Cape Auto Air & Radiator Repair.

They diagnosed the problem as a leak in AC hose, and located the part locally. I made an appointment to have the repair done, and brought the car in on that day. Unfortunately, the parts store sent the wrong part, and I had to return the next day for service.  The job took a little longer than expected because the hose had to be fished out thru an assortment of engine obstructions, but it finally was resolved and the new part installed. They then filled the freon which was depleted, and ran a test to insure no leaks. There was a loose fitting which they quickly corrected, and verified all pressures before I left. It had been so long since my AC worked at maximum capacity, that I'm still having to adjust the level, because it is so cool now.  Jim and Stu were very courteous throughout my time there, and even offered some insights into issues with ethanol added fuels and their effect on engine performance. They told me how to combat the problem (since I noticed some of the symptoms they mentioned), and I am now using the additive they recommended in hopes of enhancing my fuel performance and preventing problems associated with the ethanol.  While waiting for my repair, I encountered many customers who have been coming there for years and had nothing but good things to say about them.

Told them window was balky.  Works sometimes and not others.  Jimmy told me to bring it in at my convenience and that it would take about two hours.  I was in and out in one hour!

I arrived at the opening hours . They asked me to come after 1 hour , meanwhile 2 mechanics did a creative work , bypass of the control module so that A/C could provide cooling . They were just fantastic.  

 When we had a problem with the A.C. not cooling, I found Cape Auto Air on Angie's List.  While I was waiting for a space, I told Jim about an intermittant problem we have been having with the car not starting.  Sure enough when they tried to bring it in the garage, it would not start.  They diagnosed a faulty cam sensor and replaced it.  Then they did a temporary fix on the A.C. and made an appointment to replace the evaporator.  Gus told me they could have it done in less than a day, and did exactly as they said.  We could not be happier.

This company was recommended to me by my lawn service man. I had already taken it into one shop in town, it was not fixed, only requested me to bring it back and leave all day. I already knew it was coming from one of the front wheels so that did not make sense. When bringing it into Cape Auto Air (after calling them first and explaining the problem,) they got to it right away. Made an appointment for the following morning. Took it for a short test ride and was told it was the front left wheel bearing kit which needed replacing, which made sense to me since it had a scrape on the left front end. They ordered the part, got the part and fixed it while I waited. The problem seems to be solved at this time. I felt the price was fair, it got done that day and for anything they could repair on this car (or another car I own, which needs more extensive work,) I will bring the cars here again. Also they were very nice guys, pleasant and easy to deal with.

I originally went to another company who charged me almost $300 and didn't fix the problem. I went to Cape and they charged me much less and fixed the problem on the first try.
