C and C Heating and Cooling LLC

C and C installed a new A/C unit in April 2022. We noticed immediately that no filter was supplied with the unit. We later learned that the assembly that holds the filter was missing as well. We have made repeated contacts with C & C and each time have been assured that our issue would be addressed but have never had any follow up. Our new unit has now been operating 6+ months with no filter. My wife has asthma and we are concerned this could be affecting her health. Also concerned about potential damage to the system itself due to extended operation with no filter in place. I am filing a complaint to the local BBB. Updated 5/4/2023 C&C Heating and Cooling replaced our central AC system in Mar 2022. While the system worked, we noted immediately that there was no filter supplied with the unit. More importantly, the part that holds the filter in place was also missing. We immediately brought this to C&C’s attention. Despite repeated promises, they have yet to complete the required repair. My wife, age 76, has severe breathing issues and we fear the lack of proper air filtration may be a serious health risk. 5 weeks age, 2 reps from C&c came to our home and confirmed the missing part. They promised repair within a week to 10 days. We have heard nothing since. They refuse to answer our phone calls or return messages. We are desperate. Please help.

They are good. They sometimes send one worker and sometimes two.

C and C explained what needed to be done. They explained how the unit worked and taught us simple maintainance for the unit. All of the employees were professional, honest and prompt. We were new to the area and we were glad to find a reliable company. Being new to Fort Myers Beach, it was great to find a reliable affordable firm.

Extremely professional and competent. We highly recommend C and C heating and air conditioning. They provide great value for the money with expert services. If you have heating or cooling needs in Southwest Florida, you are making a mistake if you don't contact them.

Conan came by and looked at the system we had at the time and gave us a quote for a high end high efficiency system that came in almost 3 thousand less than another quote we had obtained for a lower end system.

Work was completed in one day. The crew was very professional and clean.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their air conditioning system.

Cand C's work ethic, professionalism, technical knowledge, and customer service philosophy are impressive; we could not have asked for a more competent or thorough job. The best indication of how pleased we were with Cand C is the fact we recommended Cand C to two good friends who needed A/C work. Both of those friends subsequently contracted with Cand C, one for A/C system repairs and the other for a replacement A/C system. And both are very pleased with the work Cand C did. In the case of the friend who had system repairs done, a competitor recommended he replace his system; Cand C then evaluated it and told him there was no need to replace it. That is one happy friend!

He isn't the cheapest, but the quality of his work and materials completely reflects the investment. My electric bill for cooling plummeted after he installed this unit. My tax credit also benefited from this new unit. His service is excellent! He discovered a mistake in my current system and corrected it at no extra charge. He completed everything in 2 or 3 days and we are completely happy with the service.

They did a good job and they were reasonably priced. They seemed very knowledgeable, they were priced right and provided a good service. We were happy with them, they were professional.
