The installation was completed on time however the installers did not do a very good job. There were gaps between the walls in the living room and the carpet and the sub-flooring was easily seen. The installer did come out and repair the issue. The carpet in the living/dining areas became worn down in about 1 year. The carpet in our master bedroom developed a bubble/wave after a year. I went to Britt's and explained the issue. Mike told me that they only guaranteed the carpet installation for 1 year and I would have to hire someone to correct the problem. I am aware that Home Depot for one, guarantees the workmanship for the life of the carpet. Not the case with Britt's! NOTE: This review is for the Fort Myers store on US41.

Had to wait for the carpet - it was back-ordered but once installed it was beautiful and an excellent choice.

I had britts remove old carpet and install new carpet that I purchased from them. Very professional for the our base stage through instalment. I would use them again and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
