The complaint filed with BBB Case # 67435194: The client has used Blue Breeze 3 times prior in a span of 11/2 years; the Blue Breeze of yester years is different from today, the Company same smallness but evolved into a money grabbing proposition. The complaint detailed the 4th visit on Oct 8th 2019 in which Wiley did not exercise client orientated care in a Freon Leak Detection Service call to the client’s residence. Willey the proprietor looked distracted and showed signs of irritation during his visit. He acted as if this diagnostic work is not lucrative by saying that he should be somewhere else. He did not exercise proper judgement with a game plan to tackle the problem. He made rash and outlandish assertions during the diagnosis. He fabricated a story that is unbelievable, the copper plate flange that is 1/8-inch-thick with dull edges severed a Freon line. This hypothesis has no merit, no proof in order to justify that he has completed his diagnosis and demand payment. The story is ludicrous and a scam. This has been debunked by GreenSmart Solutions AC Services and to the extent that Willy tried to bribe the client to withdraw his compliant from BBB by offering to pay the GreenSmart Solution Invoice. Honest, professional, and prompt service from Willy and team. Yolexi is excellent with communicating with you prior, during, and after service if have any questions and/or concerns. I am very happy I chose them as a new homeowner because they seemed to be the most honest about the recommended unit size and were not just trying to upsell as others who provided quotes. I highly recommend and would not mind doing business with them again.

This company went Above & Beyond with their service. Not only were they absolute professionals, they have "heart". My mother just came home from heart surgery, to a house that was 100 degrees hot! the owner gave us the quickest available date he could (only a day & 1/2 since initial inspection) in addition he went above & beyond when brought their own portable air conditioner so that my Mother could be comfortable until the day the new unit was installed! He corrected errors made by whomever installed the original unit. The work was incredibly clean, meticulous & top notch professional. The owner's wife, how handles the finances did an incredible expedient job at processing all approvals & paper work. they made sure to call and ask how the unit was performing. I would recommend this company to everyone. They offer excellent price, the most professional service & a pleasure to deal with. we give the 10 STARS!!!

Our experience with Blue Breeze was amazing! The owner, Willy, and his wife are exceptionally nice people and are always professional, prompt, and flexible. We received text messages and phone calls to update us on our appointment - we could text back quick questions and we received immediate responses. Blue Breeze was also great with calling a day before to confirm the exact time they will arrive. You don't feel like you're communicating with a company - they offer a more personal experience. The replacement of our A/C was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Our A/C unit was extremely old and we finally were able to replace it as we renovated our home. Willy and his team arrived on time (early, actually) and got to work immeditely. The price we paid for the air conditioner was fabulous - I never thought we could get a unit like that at such a good price - much less than we would pay elsewhere. They proceeded to install our A/C and condenser (which is in our attic) and they even included a new concrete slab at no extra charge because moving it a couple of feet away was more efficient for installation. They also put in a ton of brand new ductwork in our attic for free because we volunteered to push back our appointment time so they could help an elderly couple whose A/C went out in this heatwave we're having. We thought nothing of it, of course, but Willy and his family are extraordinarily classy people and we appreciate their kindness and the extra work and materials they put in free of charge. Our experience with Blue Breeze was the best we ever had with an A/C and heating expert. We definitely found the perfect company and crew we know we can rely on.

Smooth as silk!

I had three estimates and Blue Breeze had good price but more than that Blue Breeze was the most thorough in their explanation of the work that would be done complete with pictures of my old system showing what would be replaced and photos of completed jobs and finally of my new system. This was very helpful since I am out if town and not able to be there. Willy is very proud of his work and it shows. He showed up on time , completed the job just as he said he would and when he left the only sign that he was there was a beautiful new Goodman a/c system. Willy and Yolexi are honest hard working people and I have already used them at my other properties and I highly recommend them.

This is an excellent HVAC contractor.  I replaced my original air conditioning system with a 4 Ton 16 Seer Rheem system with an outsider compressor and air handler in the garage.  I obtained four quotes for the job and Blue Breeze was significantly lower than the rest.  In addition to Angie's list, I was able to determine that Blue Breeze was held in good stead with the village inspectors.
Willy Rigo and his wife helped me determine that the 16 Seer model had a reasonable payback over the 13 Seer unit.  They dissuaded me from the two-stage unit advising that I could not get a reasonable payback for the additonal money.  The only option I bought was a humidistat for $90.00 that will control the system when we are gone for an extended period.
I agreed and signed paperwork on Monday and the job was completed on Friday.  No deposit was required; payment in full at completion of the job.  Visa available, but add-on fee which I did not use.
Willy is charming and completely competent.  He arrived on time and did not depart until the job was done.  All the little touches that you want from a contractor (everything insulated, cleanup inside and out, etc.) present on the job.  Willy provides an additional one year service warranty and your first annual service visit is free.
Willy refers to his customers as his family.
