It went well. I waited for about three hours. BTW-I decided not to change out my TPMs (Tire Pressure Monitors) which are inside each tire and are part of the valve stem. They could have put in new TPMs, but it would have been a generic so I opted out. TPMs don't last forever (seven years or so) since they have batteries. If mine go bad I'll deal with it then. Also, I decided to have them order my Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico Street/Sport Truck ALL-SEASON 235/45R20XL than order them myself and have them install the tires. It was more pricey for the tires than ordering via Tire Rack, but I was told if there was a problem with the tires they would handle it. And, other places I called either didn't call me back or didn't have these tires either. IMO, It's best to go into the shop rather than discuss the details and cost over the phone when you do decide to go with them. There can be a lot of additional costs/fees associated with disposal etc., etc. Or, maybe you can do an email with everything spelled out with a total cost which would include shipping and tax. BTW- Don't forget to ask for current dates on your tires. Usually there's not a problem. I had them indicate on my receipt that the tires were not to be more than 6 months old or my money back. This was not a problem and she made a call to the warehouse for them to check the dates as well. My tires production dates ended up being 4714 (on all four) which is the 47th week of 2014, and this made them 4 months old. Old warehoused tires can deteriorate so why pay for old tires? I decided to have a four wheel alignment since a pothole or bumping a curb could throw out the alignment and ruin the tires. I have no idea who does the alignment for them or where the place was located, but they take it there and pick it up. I think it cost me $35 because it was checked and found to be within specs. If it needed an adjustment it would have been $75. It would cost more, of course, if parts were needed. The owner and his wife were very nice. He went around the SUV with me and told me about the pressure and we looked at the edges of the rims (mags) and he told me about the precautions they take not to scratch them. Everything was fine and my TPM is working as it should and the SUV rides and handles like new.

We have taken our cars and trucks to BLAST since moving to Florida in 1999. Bernal and Leslie have always provided excellent service at a fair price. There have never been any surprises when picking up our vehicles! Earlier this year they helped prepare a used motorhome we recently bought for a 10 week trip to the Midwest and New England - checked and serviced the motorhome and readied our Honda CR-V (installed towing and braking systems, synchronized lights) for towing behind the motorhome. Over the years they've provided regular service on our vehicles, changed timing belts, welded/fabricated a receiver for a travel trailer, tracked down electrical issues on one of our cars, serviced brakes and AC systems, etc. We've referred friends to BLAST and they've all been happy with their experiences.
