Called on Friday and Monday morning appointment was scheduled. Bob arrived right on time went to work determining options. He clearly explained what he proposed and the associated costs. Work completed professionally and thoroughly in less than an hour. Would highly recommend this company!

Bob came over and installed the heater and faucets in about 5 hours......however, upon testing he observed there was little or no hot water pressure. we had also noticed this but thought it was corrosion in the faucets or the valves under the sinks. Bob knew it wasn't the valves because he replaced them. after retesting his work, he figured out there was something in the line from deterioration of the old water heater. it was getting late in the day and he had to come back in the morning to continue. after a few hours of ingenious rigging to backflow the line(and lots of patience)out popped a little plastic ball into the bucket.....it had come from a valve in the old heater which had broken apart over the years and had been floating in the pipe forever. Bob saved us from re-piping the upstairs and we applaud his patience,ingenuity,skill,and dedication. you don't find many people with that kind of work ethic anymore and we do appreciate it. we'll always call Bergau for all our plumbing needs.

Our kitchen faucet sprayer insert broke completely off one afternoon.  We called Bergau the same day, and the plumber came the next day to replace the faucet.  We did purchase our own faucet prior to his arrival.  The plumber called to say he could come earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful!  The job was performed in a very professional manner.  We expect to continue using this wonderful company for all of our plumbing needs.

Bob, our plumber, arrived and went over our 4 request and explained exactly what he was going to do to help us accomplish our projects. His attitude, work habits and neatness was 100% plus right on. When he was finished he showed us everything was working and completed. Bob's professionalism gave us complete 100% satisfaction. He completed the work in a very acceptable amount of time. We would not hesitate to use them again and we would request Bob if possible.

The plumber was prompt and courteous, got everything done quickly and now a month later, everything that he fixed is still fixed perfectly. Great service, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Chris did a great job helping us to get ready for seasonal renters in our condo. He was punctual and went above and beyond to help us with stuck valves on the washer/dryer and to ensure both bathrooms looked great. He was very professional and stayed until the job was complete, even though the difficulties with past work from another plumber made the jobs more complicated. We will definitely use Bergau in the future, and we will request Chris.

Had a water/septic back up in my house with standing water/septic in the master shower the last bathroom before the outside cleanout opening in front of the house.   Checking the cleanout pipe opening, found no back up from the septic tank.  Called and explained situation to Bergau Plumbing.    They were unable to come out until late afternoon. I failed to ask them for their charges before they came out.   When the tech. arrived he agreed that the blockage appeared to be in the 12 foot distance from the shower to the tank.   At that point he told me that it was $95 an hour and an additional $75 to use the snake to clear the clog.    I feel the $95 is a normal charge, but that using the snake should be a normal plumbing activity and should not be an extra charge.     It was too late in the day to shop for a more reasonable rate so I had to agree.   It took less then 20 minutes from arrival to clear the clog.    In the future I will know to get exact pricing not just that they will give an estimate on arrival.

I wish there was an A+ rating! Showed up on time, went to work right away, very friendly and professional, cleaned up after the job was done and took away all empty boxes, even carried old toilet out to curb for pickup. Price was the best for the work performed. Will definitely use again when we remodel bathrooms and kitchen. Highly, highly recommend!!!

My husband and I were having problems with our garbage disposal and our kitchen faucet leaking. Bergau Plumbing came highly recommended from a family friend so we called them. The owner came out to our home gave us a very good price and fixed both within one visit. They were extremely professional and nice. We have not had a problem since and will continue to use them in the future. We would reccomend them to anyone!

My hot water heater had stopped working. I called the office and was able to schedule service for the next afternoon. Mike T. arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. Before replacing the water heater, he showed me what he'd found and explained what needed to be done. I also showed him my other plumbing concerns. He was able to fix the toilet in the master bathroom that day, give me an estimate on replacing the sink in my garage, and answer all my questions on handling the others. I found Mike to be pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

We did not have any hot water in our tub or shower. We got their name from a friend, who was also pleased with their work. When we called, they were prepared to come out that afternoon. It was not convenient for us, but they came the next morning. They came first thing, and within a half hour had fixed the problem. He knew exactly what the problem was, had the parts, and did the job. Very knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased.
