Excellent care, accurate diagnoses, kind, compassionate care and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. They correctly diagnosed the origin of our Doxies pain (both had extensive dental disease) Dr. Peters, the in-house dental specialist is amazing. Can’t grade cost in this review as I’ve never required these dental procedures before but from conversations with friends, Baywood was quite a bit less for similar services.

Excellent care from Dr. Smith. Staff excellent. All are very caring and responsive.

The worst part was waiting. I've been in the offic severasl times, it seems like there's always an extra long wait. I've seen two different veterinarians and they're both very nice. They really explained to me what was going on with the dog. The staff and the receptionist are all really nice. All is really friendly with the dog and giving a bunch of treats all the time.

She's fantastic. One of my dogs got sick during vacation and she worked with my dog sitter. Dr. Smith went above and beyond what I'd expect from a vet. If there are tests that need to be done, she'll call me and is very thorough about going over all of the results.

I like her. They're very nice and very kind. I've used them for over a year now.

The staff was very friendly and caring.

She found problems with the dog that no one before her as been able to detect. She has taken a real interest in our dog and the dog is doing much better. She is a keeper

If you are trying to get a first time appointment for a sick dog don't come here they won,t give you an appointment for a week

We had a great vet for years in Atlanta and we were worried we would not be able to find another great vet when we moved to Cape Coral late 2011. Fortunately we have found an equally good vet here in Cape Coral. Our beagle is getting up in age and has developed a paralyzed vocal chord. A different vet recommended by friends told us she is old and there wasn't much we could do. After a few weeks with her being near deaths door, we decided to try Baywood and see if they could help. With patience and care our once silent sickly beagle is back to being a vibrant barking machine.
The other vet is fine but more of an in and out operation where the staff doesn't really know the owners without looking them up in the computer. In contrast, Baywood is a very personal experience with the vet and staff knowing you and your pets without having to constantly refer to a chart to remember the names. They call to followup and keep their patient load smaller so that they can spend time with the animals they see. I cannot say which style is better for all animals but I believe we are getting better care at Baywood.

It was a great and informative visit. Dr. Smith took her time, answered all my questions, explained blood work results. Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The office is immaculate. I have so thrilled to have found such a good vet. I
