The entire process went well and took around 15 business days from start to finish (this included the Memorial Day weekend). Background: The amplifier failed, could not be repaired locally, and was shipped to an out of state contractor. Auto Sound accomplished the following:

• - Preformed audio system check
• - Determined the amplifier had failed
• - Removed the amplifier
• - Coordinated the shipment to contractor for repair and return shipment
• - Installed the repaired amplifier
• - Installed a compatible replacement sub-woofer (purchased through Auto Sound)

The transaction went smoothly and was finished on time.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the Sirius Satellite Radio in my car would only work if I was traveling East. I determined that the problem was with the antenna. My Lexus dealer told me that it was an after sale installation and they couldn't correct the problem but did get me a price from another vendor. The price quoted was $400. I decided that it was way too expensive and that I would just cancel the service if I couldn't find a more reasonable price. The folks at Sirius Radio were sympathetic but were of no help. I then called Best Buy who said they didn't carry just the antennas but recommended Auto Sound in Cape Coral. I spoke with them and they said they might be able to help me with my problem but they would need to look at the installation of the antenna to see if their Sirius Radio Antenna would work. They gave me an appointment that day and I dropped the car off. I was quoted a price of $100 to $150. They called me a couple of hours later and told me that in fact their antenna did work with my setup and it would be finished in a half an hour. I picked up the car and the radio worked fine. It ended up costing $140 including tax. I thought they were very professional and would use their services again.

They installed a car alarm. I didn't have any problems with them.

We contacted Auto Sound Tinting Division, they gave us a quote and had the job done in about a week. Everything went smooth, they were on time, clean, and professional.
