The previous company told me that I needed to spend $12,000 to replace all the coiling and everything, head to toe. I wanted a second opinion, so he came out and said that we were good. The other company lied to me. It took about an hour and a half. It was just one worker. The area was as clean as it was when they got there. They explained to me what was going on with the system and if we needed anything in the future, what might have to be done, basically.

Best family ran business ever.

The owner, his grandson and another helper performed the work. They apparently been in business in Cape Coral for some time.

Completed the job and stayed until it was done and air conditioning was working properly

They tried sealing the pipe but that did not work and pipe needed to be installed up the outside wall (after association gave permission) and then above ceiling.

The owner is Afredo Perez. He was called by my landlord around April 12th. As of May 5th my a/c still did not work consistenly. He kept telling me he was gonna show up. He would come and it would work for a little while and tell me that he would come back and check the unit because it kept shutting off. Mother's Day i called him as my house was 87 degrees inside with the fan blowing but the unit outside still not working. He told me for two days he was coming. On the second day at 9am he said he was cleaning a/c units but would get here by 4pm. By 6pm I called him and he said sure i'm still coming. At 7:15 I accepted the fact that he was not coming and i was tired of waiting on him. It had been 48 hours. I told him nevermind I would get someone else and not go through my landlord. i told him I would file a complaint. His response was "okay, get another a/c guy, F*** YOU then" and hung up on me. This is the business owner!!!! Unbelievable. I then called Paradise Management and got my a/c fixed immediately. The contact on the unit was burned out.
