I wouldn't advise anybody to use them. They don't warranty their work. They are very slow. They have poor workmanship.

Very poorly. For 18 months there was no communication other than the Salesperson, who had limited knowledge of the building process. My phone call were never returned. When I did not wanted to close on the house, I was told they will put a lien on the house and take me to court. I will be responsible of Attorneys and court costs. About the master bathroom they told me that I signed the plans, which I did. The floor plan did show the rearranged bathroom, but did not give me a detail of the particular wall with glass blocks and arches. I was never told about the modification and since I had a model to look at and paid extra for this revision, it never incurred to me that they will give me something different than what I paid for. I finally closed on the house in May 2007, but Aranda did nothing to satisfy me.
