What a difference the RIGHT Pool Service makes! So unhappy with my last company...Will does a great job with our pool and I would highly recommend this company.

They were one of the only companies to answer their phones when I called and they did exactly what they told me they would do. Very well managed by a lady named Cindy. We do a lot of renovations and I would highly recommend this company.

Called for an estimate for spa construction and pool renovation. We were eager to give Aquadog our business as we had multiple recommendations. Cyndi arrived on time and answered all our questions and seemed eager to do business with us. She stated we would have a quote/proposal in a week or two. About a week later Aquadog sent out a workman to look at the site. We never heard from them again despite repeated calls and messages over the next two months! Unprofessional! I mean if you don't want to bid the job just send me a text, i'll get over it.

We were very pleased with the work that AquaDog did for us. They maintained a tight schedule and all of the work was top notch. Their communication was great from start to finish with Cyndi 'The Boss', which was greatly appreciated. The only small suggestion I would have for the installers would be to leave their work space a little bit cleaner. When they cleaned out buckets, etc., they did it in our yard, which left chunks of the plaster and small pebbles in our yard, which are obviously difficult to get out now. But all in all, they did a great job and we would work with them again!

Our new pool is gorgeous. We completely renovated our existing pool by changing the pool tile around the top, resurfacing the bottom, and added a sun shelf, bubblers, magic bowls, and color changing LED lights. Cyndi and Corey worked with us to talk through our ideas and make them a reality. The staff at Aquadog is very responsive - they always answer and respond to calls, emails, and texts promptly. The timeline took much longer than what we were promised, but once that subcontractor was replaced, things moved along quickly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality, professionalism, and end product provided by Aquadog. I recommend them without hesitation.

Aquadogs is a company that is very well represented by the owners Cyndie & Cory who are the company. They worked hard to be sure that even the small details we didn't see was taken care of. Starting with samples of tiles and finishs. Cyndie was able to answer our questions. Cory was hard working and hands on as well. Aquadogs even fixed a screw up from another contractor. We feel they are an honest, quality company that we would hire again . They know their craft.

They had good communication. They do good quality work. Everything that was promised, was done and at the promised price. They were good people and I had no complaints.

The owners are fantastic. They are down to earth, trustworthy, communicate well and are always responsive. They have good pricing and I enjoy working with them.

Came out to do measurements and discuss project. Advised to give two days for estimate. Emailed them next day to give more info. They said they were working on estimate. That was two weeks, another email and a phone call ago. No response at all. If they do this when it comes to a 20-25k job, wonder how they behave after they have your money.

they came the same day we called and returned in 3 business days in spite of the rain to complete the job.
