They are fabulous. He is dependable. He shows up when he says he is going to show up and if he cannot show up, he will call. He will notify me of problems in my yard and he asks me before he cuts things down. He does a great job and easy to work with. He has been wonderful. When we ask him to do extra things, he says no problem. Like one time I mentioned that, we needed some kind of tile walkway and he showed up 2 days later with samples of tile. He is just fabulous and has a great work ethic. He has fixed our sprinkler heads and has laid down sod for us.

Louis of AP Lawn Service is wonderful. He is incredibly conscientious and takes pride in a job well done. He will ask before doig something for the first time. For example, he will ask how low I want a hedge or bush cut. If for any reason (such as rain) he won't make it on his regular day, he will call and let us know when he will be here. How many yard guys do this? The special projects he has done are always completed when he says they will be done and he does a great job, always asking if we are satisfied (and we always are). Whenever we tell him to get us a price for something, we never have to ask again, as he is always on the ball. Our yard hasn't looked better.
About a month ago, I lost my 5 carat tennis bracelet in the yard. Louis' assistant found it and it was returned to me. AMAZING. What an honest man and a great guy too.
