About us

Amable Homes LLC, doing business as AL Curbs, is a family-owned business founded by Lyna and Akli Aggar after they moved to Southwest Florida. Lyna, formerly a teacher and pharmacy assistant, has always had a passion for landscaping, which she decided to turn into a professional venture. Akli brings a diverse background in geophysical research, specifically in seismic surveys and safety, having worked across North Africa, the Middle East, and Europe for over twenty years before settling in the USA. Upon arriving in the USA, Akli pursued studies in Gardening & Landscaping, earning a diploma with highest honors from Stratford Career Institute in 2013. He also became a licensed realtor and served as a Deputy Sheriff in Georgia. From his real estate experience, Akli understands the value that curbing and concrete edging can add to a property. Together, Akli and Lyna completed training with Lil Bubba and became certified in Curb Machines to create custom and Moroccan curbing.

Do you need landscaping? Or to add concrete curbing to existing curbing, AL CURBS CAN PROVIDE THESE SERVICES. The curbing is made on site. Design work can be provided, color can be added. I chose standard color so I can stain it myself. Great customer service. Keeping his customers advised of aspects of work. Arriving on time and being neat and respecting customers property. I recommend AL CURBS. He will be returning to my home for further work on my landscaping needs

We had Akli come out to do our front yard. We did the larger cement with the stamping and could not be happier. They did an excellent job and finished the same day. The color match to our driveway was spot on. The price was way better than the other two who gave us a quote. I highly recommend him for your yard.

Love my new curbs. Such a professional and friendly company. Kept me posted throughout the project. Arrived when he said he would and completed the job when he said he would. Work area was kept very neat and clean. Total professionals and the end product is beautiful. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other bids that I received. I can't wait to do Phase 2!

AL Curbs is an excellent landscape curbing installation contractor. We selected AL Curbs out of 4-competing bids. We had Akli Aggar (owner) design and install landscape curbing around our landscape areas around the entire perimeter of our house. He helped in choosing the correct color, and design, of the curbing. And he was instrumental in coordinating the landscape gravel color with our house and landscape plantings. Akli was on the job for the entire time of the project personally involved in the work and supervision. Akli is excellent to work with. He is an honest man interested in customer satisfaction. He shows up when he says he will. He diligently pursued the job until it was completed to satisfaction.

Akli was simply a joy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me through my kitchen design. This house was a new build and I wanted something a little different. Akli listened and created a kitchen I am so proud of. Akli also worked with me on my bathrooms and those too turned out incredibly.
