We purchased a home that needed a new roof after the hurricane. We decided not to put the pool solar panels back up. This company helped us with the purchase of a new pool heater and pump, and helped us to revive the pool water through treatments and service. Sy was always there to answer a phone call, and very quick to provide an appointment for assistance or service. We are extremely happy with our new equipment and their pool assistance. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, professional and friendly. We would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Alpha Pools!

Bad attitude.

Alpha Pool Services installed our pool heater just prior to family coming to visit for a Thanksgiving week vacation. Delivery, installation and hook-up all took place just in time to have a nice warm pool when the family arrived. We were very pleased with the work that was done and the electrician they used was top notch. There were a couple water leaks after the installation. Don came back as promised and took care of one of them and Sy made sure the manufacturer came out right away to fix a leak in the unit itself. The unit we purchased was a Gulfstream HE-150. Gulfstreamâ s service tech fixed the internal leak in no time at all. I would recommend Alpha Pool Services and Gulfstream to anyone considering a pool heater installation.

I've only been using them 4 a cpl of wks so it's hard 2 give a good assessment but so far we are happy with the service

He explained the entire process to us, gave us all of his licensing and insurance information up front, and communicated with me every step of the job. They are always available when you need them. They are polite and responsive. They know what they are doing! they are less expensive than others that we have had.

This company was always available if we had a problem with the pool. They are polite and responsive. Before we hired them we had another company who told us that our resurfaced pool coating was coming off and that was why it was hazy. I called Alpha and they found the problem quickly and it was just high in phosphates. They corrected the problem immediately and we have had no concerns from that point on. They are less expensive also.

I have just hired them. However for the different categories: -Work Quality seems very good and very personable and polite and pool is clean -Customer Service seems, so far, absolutely outstanding. Sy seems that he would bend over backwards to help a customer. As I stated up front, it is only recent that I hired them. At first blush, it seems as though Alph is the right company. I suggest, if they do not already do it, you ask back at 6 months and 1 year.

Scheduled an appointment and they did not show they refused to answer phone calls and when they did finally call back the response was WHATEVER!
