Alligator Aluminum

Had this company build our screened in lanai. Was done quickly and looked great. Had them out a few times for leaks inside in the joints to the ceiling panel. Fixed no problem. Screen torn fixed no problem. AFTER IAN had some screens needing repair and leak in ceiling again so we made a few calls. Was told they’re busy.! Figured ok it’s not major, I get it. Now 9 months later I have a leaks still in the ceiling AGAIN, screens still needing repairs, and wanted gutters put on. Text a message and was told “sorry 6 months out on repairs.” MY ADVICE find a company that cares about their customers when things need repairing before hiring Alligator Aluminum. Very poor disappointing!!! I will not ever recommend this company!

The first thing that went wrong with this project was one of the walls was installed an entire inch too close, the company did correct it but now I am left with holes in my lanai concrete. The next a much bigger issue was that after approximately one year the aluminum on one side of the cage started to bubble up and turn white. We contacted the owner Bob Bobay on three separate occasions regarding the degraded condition of the cage. He stated that he did not guarantee the materials he utilizes, but would have the supplier contact us regarding g the aluminium issues which apparently will never happen. I would be very cautious contracting with a business owner who won't stand behind his products especially since it was over an $8000 project.

Bob, the owner, came to my home and addressed my questions and gave me estimates. He was very professional and nice and his sons were at my house the next day. The "boys" really knew their business. They built "around" my electric shutters with matching bronze framing and had the job done in just a couple hours. They even added a new "closer" on my screen door. Because of water damage at my front door, they put new downspouts and sealed areas where leaking was happening. I only wish they could handle all my remodeling needs, ha.

Fine. Wish they would have pointed out poor condition of pad edges. I would have replaced with pavers first. Good job on cage.

Needed multiple roof and side panels replaced. After calling several other companies, who either told me it was impossible, not worth it and replace the whole cage or never followed up, I got in touch with Bob of Alligator Aluminum. YES! Called back, showed up, gave quote we agreed on and then he came back and did the work! This company has won our business for years to come. Whe. We are ready to replace the full cage, they will be the one we call! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Called and within Tewa days came and fixed the door

screen on pool cage was beginning to rip from wear and tear. Alligator Aluminum replaced all the screen with new screen.
Arrived at the house on time, did the job very professionally with no mess to the property.
He has done work us previously around the house, screened front door entrance, built a Florida room.

Excellent job on time. Good clean-up. Any corrections that needed done were completed post haste without any problems.

I contacted Bob Bobay of Alligator Aluminum after being refered by a trusted handyman I've used for a couple of years. He was great! He came over to my house looked the job over an gave me an estimate in writing. Along with a copy of his trade license and his insurance. So I hired him to install a screen cage encloser on a cement slab I had poured earlier this summer. He called to let me know how things were going with the engineering and permitting process. When that was done when he could start the installation. He came the day he said he would, and did the whole installation in an afternoon. It looks great and could not be happier!!!

Went well once project started

They are wonderful. He is on time, prompt, he cleans up after himself and his prices are reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has patio repairs or installation of pool cages.
