Told All Septic that that need to communicate with their clients as far as appointment goes.
I will now know what to do myself the next time. I appreciate that they knew I needed the septic problem fixed asap, however, I think they were price gouging. The same service, with the router and the septic tank being emptied would have cost in total $230 - $245. They wanted $$520. Will not use them again.
