However, Scott (owner) came out and handled it like it was his most important call of the day! Explained exactly what he did, without any effort to "upsell" me or tell me that more tiles needed repair. Very honest and professional. Would highly recommend him to anyone needed roof tile work in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.
