All Glass & Aluminum Inc

I paid All Glass and Aluminum, Cape Coral, FL, $150.00 which was their fee to come to the house and give an estimate. Dustin told me that if All Glass did the repairs they would apply $75.00 towards the bill. There were several different repairs needed and I asked if it would matter if we did not do all the items. He said that would be no problem and that they would apply the $75.00 towards the work that they did. After receiving the estimate, I agreed to have some of the work done. After not hearing anything for more than a week I called Dustin and he said that they had to order parts and he would let me know when they came in. More time went by and I heard nothing. I called Dustin several times and left voice mails asking for an update. I heard nothing. I then sent a letter to Ron, the owner, explaining the situation and said that if they were not going to do the work they should refund the full $150.00. I never received a response. I went to their shop and asked Ron if he had received the letter. He said that he had but that I had told Dustin to cancel the work so they had to return the parts and pay a restocking fee. I told him that I never cancelled the work and in fact, I had been trying to get an update from Dustin so that we could get on their schedule. He said that he would have to look into it and he would get back to me. After more than a week I heard nothing. I went to the shop again and Ron said that he would look into it and get back to me. After another week I went again was told the same thing for a third time. It has now been more than two months and I have heard nothing. Clearly Ron has no intention of looking into it and every intention of keeping my money.
