ALL FENCE CONTRACTORS INC

So far no call back as I requested. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Chris is rude and uncaring about the customers needs. Workers do what they want and not what you want. Owner doesn't call back or stand behind their work.

It did not go well........since the sales rep Chris(who is about the only one that can speak English) is the only one you can deal with.....he has a lousy attitude and does not seems to care that the workers are doing shoddy work.........the welding on the fence was terrible and when I pointed out all the bad spots his reply was "well, it passed inspection"   his men also put a hole in one of our irrigation pipes, covered it up with duct tape and concrete and did not say a word to us about it.........We found out when we turned on the sprinklers and the side yard got flooded.  I texted him photos of the pipes and never got a response from him as he had already gotten his money and couldn't have cared less. I definitely would not recommend them and took the All Fence sign off the fence as soon as they were done.

I had searched on Angie's list for fence companies and I had contacted several. One of the big name companies quoted me a price of over $8,000! Other fence companies argued with me that I could not go to my property line because I lived on a corner. I told them that I had contacted the city and the city told me that the law had CHANGED and I COULD build a 6 foot privacy fence all the way to my property line. I cannot tell you how many times companies basically told me I didn't know the rules!!
ALL FENCE was the FIRST company to say, and quot;Yes, we know about the law, and it isn't even a new law, it has been in effect for 3 or 4 months now.and quot; They have been a pleasure to do business with. I decided to go with them because they actually new the city's laws and also because they were about $2,000 dollars cheaper than their competitors. I decided to go with their metal fence. I had seen them in my neighborhood and they looked great. They told me they would last just as long as vinyl fences and they were actually stronger.
I was able to examine a vinyl fence and I was shocked to see how flimsy it was, I was thrilled that I had chosen to go with a metal privacy fence instead. I highly recommend them if you want a beautiful white privacy fence at a much much cheaper price!! My neighbors and family are commenting on how pretty the fence looks and they love the scalloped top and ridges in the metal pickets. I will put pictures here and you will see what I mean! I had read one bad review on this company on Angie's list and I almost didn't choose them because of it. But after more research I decided to give them a try regardless of the bad review someone had posted on here. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I went with ALL FENCE. By the way, my fence passed inspections no problem.

Contractor arrived on Monday and started work - worked all day fence was looking good. Next day had to make a phone call to make sure they were coming back to finish job, they finally showed up and completed job, workers asked for the remainder of pay for the job. Told them they would be paid when the job has passed final inspection..
Salesman called and asked about what was happening told him that we will pay the 2nd 50% percent of the job when the final inspection was done and passed, that is when a job is called complete. They threatened to call the city on me, I told them go ahead and I called the city myself to confirm that I was in the right and do not have to pay job off until job is complete which includes the job passing inspection. While on phone with the city, salesman called back and left a voice mail stating the owner would be by to take the permit ad no inspection would be done until we paid. Also stated he was going to place a lien on the house until we paid. But he forgets that he has to have a completion permit before he can file a lien on the house.
Do not pay any contractor until final permit has been done and passed -BUYER BEWARE

UPDATE: Received a certified letter - stating he wants payment plus $120 in additional fees. STILL NO INSPECTION HAS BEEN PERFORMED. Company has been informed we will happily pay the rest of the original invoice when job passes inspection. Which after using his product for the past few weeks in my opinion will not pass inspections is why he wants his money first - NOT HAPPENING.
