We purchased our home in Cape Coral in May of 2010. Being new to the area, we did not know anyone and were apprehensive about hiring a contractor. Fortunately, Alan Kasper was referred to us and we began using him for odd jobs. For the past 9 months, we have used Alan for a variety of jobs from simple repairs to the complete bathroom remodel. If Alan cannot do the job, he knows a responsible tradesman who can. He is responsible and very trustworthy. While we were still in Illinois, Alan coordinated and completed our list of chores. I left him with signed checks to pay for the materials and labor we needed. He handled every detail perfectly. He sent me pictures of the progress along with a full accounting of all expenses. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy, "jack of all trades", Alan is your man.
