It went perfectly. A date and time were promised. The crew arrived right on time and set to work in a most professional manner. Tiger, Chad and Daniels installed all of the pieces and the job was complete in one day. System works great. All was cleaned up and all old equipment removed. Could not ask for more. Note I have used this A/C group for 25 years now and have always been satisfied with their work.

Since the first air conditioner stopped working (which cools the MBR and Den) we simply ran the fan at  full speed.  We figured it would probably cost a fortune to fix, and It was, after all, winter; we'll deal with it in a few months. It was a Saturday.  Our second air conditioner (which cools the rest of the house) suddenly stopped working!  We had to bite the bullet, and at least get one fixed.  I called the number  on the sticker on the compressor; He informed me he was now retired, but to call his good friends at A/C Medic 911.  Aaron answered and said he'd be over in 30 minutes!  This was unheard of for a Saturday..
30 minutes later, a smiling, pleasant Aaron showed up, and went outside to check the first compressor.  He came back in after a few minutes and said, "You have a corroded wire in your compressor."  He changed that out, and whoosh!  The air conditioner came to life! He then came back in and said, "Now I'll look at the other compressor."  I thought for sure this would be the big wallet drainer.  I was wrong.   Aaron came in and said with a smile, "That one has a corroded wire as well!"  He switched that one out, and  whoosh!  The air conditioner we shut off because we thought it would be too much to fix came to life!
The total value f the deal, since he had to charge an extra $25 for the weekend service call, was $109!

He came out and found a nest and a mixer box above the living room in my air duct and cleaned it. The price was high. He was here on time. I would not use his service in the future.
