Excellent.
One of the few companies I've dealt with here in SWF that didn't try to sell me something new. They repaired what was repairable and replaced what was necessary.
Called on a Friday evening and they came by on Saturday morning - pleased with short notice appt.
Work went smoothly except they had difficulty removing the broken spring and needed my hammer to pound it off.
I used a coupon from my previous service with them which reduced the cost by $10.00.
Obviously I can't determine whether the price was reasonable or not since I didn't shop around.
As far as quality, how can one judge whether or not the springs used were good, fair or poor product.
Door operates fine now.
