+ -1 moreFrom the outset Tommy and crew were professional, courteous, friendly and always went the extra mile. We were brand new to the area having lived over seas for over 6 years and wanted a agent we could trust. He proved to be that and much more. The entire transaction went as planned and, considering we had a deadline as our container had a scheduled delivery date after coming from half way around the world, he made certain that everything was in place for a timely closure. He coordinated it all like an orchestral conductor. If you are looking for property to lease or purchase in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area, please give them a chance.
Description of Work: We relocated to Cape Coral from overseas. Tommy assisted us with finding a short term, furnished condo until we could find and purchase a home locally. He then was our agent for searching, finding, negotiating and purchasing our home.
