Description of Work: The crew worked non-stop. 4 days was given as the time it would take for the outside of the house. Good price, excellent work, everything was completed on time. Very pleased.

 + 0 moreVery professional job. Clean and neat. Arrived on time!!! (being late is a pet peeve of mine, so I appreciate people who are sensitive about arriving on time.) Most contractors I have dealt with will tell you a time that they will arrive, and then they will either be VERY late, or not come AT ALL and not call to explain or reschedule.
Description of Work: Pressure washed and cleaned driveway, front walkway, and lanai screed. Pressure washed pool deck and lanai - sealed cracks and painted.....

 + 0 moreWe used his services 2 or 3 times. The lanai was $1,000. They were a good company. They were probably the best price because we checked 3 different places. We had a problem and they immediately came out and took care of it. They over painted an area that shouldn't have been painted. They had the lowest price. I will probably use them for the outside.
Description of Work: We used A Competitive Edge Painting to paint the entire lanai. They also painted the living room, kitchen and dining room.
