Very well. Ray consulted with me on the phone prior to appointment so he was prepared when he arrived. Got to my home on time, wore a face mask the entire visit per COVID guidelines, and did the inspection we agreed upon. Gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and understand next steps if I choose to take them. I would hire this company again.

Mr. Derek Connors, owner of A+ Pest and Environmental Services, Inc., provides pest control by applying chemicals on the perimeter of my house quarterly. For three years, he has been dependable in contacting me to schedule this service. He addresses problems patiently, reasonable in his fees, and thorough as well as meticulous in his work in applying pest control chemicals. He also rids all of the cobwebs in my lanai and garage. 

Two days ago, we had problems with ants coming through the dining room window. We sprayed with "Raid" to no avail. Mr. Connors came the same day I called, 9/26/16. He first applied chemicals to deal with the sugar ants in my kitchen/dining area.  He also re-sprayed the exterior of the house. He then took the time to examine the yard area outside the dining window and consulted us on the reasons of ants coming inside.  In our case, it was the tree outside the window. When touching the exterior of the window, the tree branches served as "bridges" for the ants to come marching in. Consequently, we trimmed all the tree branches away from all the windows. 

Since Mr. Connors had serviced my house in August, he did not charge any fees for his responding to my call today, 9/26/16, nor did he charge any fees for all of the prompt and astute services provided. This event speaks to Mr. Connors's integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend Mr. Derek Connors, A+ Pest and Environmental Services, Inc. It is indeed a company that deserves an "A+"!

It went well. They were precise about time and services and seemed very thorough in this initial service. They will follow up on a quarterly or as need basis.

Derek and his team are a top notch group of professionals. They are always there within hours of your request and happy to offer any advice or alternatives without charging an arm and a leg! My own Mother uses their services and I have also used them at my own home. Very trust worthy family owned and operated outfit!

The team is very professional & addresses any questions, concerns we may have. They are very responsive & efficient in their work. They help us keep our cafes free of pests and are great partners for us to work with!

I've been using A+ Pest and Environmental Services for a few years now. Over the years, they have been very professional, punctual, and always get the job done the first time- something I couldn't say about my previous provider. Additionally, their Mold, Radon, and Termite services are top notch, they actually saved me from buying a house with many unforeseen issues!

They were on time, were professional, very thorough and all around seemed to be a great family company!  I had other pest companies come to deal with the ants and they never fully went away... After i had A+ Pest come out the first time...there were NO ANTS...he came out again just to check and found they were all gone! What a HUGE relief!!  I asked several questions and he took the time to explain and give advise about what to do.  I will definitely use them again and again!  I'm glad to be able to tell the Angie's List "family" about them!

They are VERY prompt to anything we need and have even taken care of problems while we were away as we are part time residents. The price ,service and extra mile they go is beyond our expectations.We get a picture of the truck in the driveway and from around the house to show us how things outside are looking. We are so happy with them as we have NEVER had an insect problem and we leave our doors open during the day and evenings most winter days. They have answered every call and text promptly even after hours. Derek even had someone come in and take care of a hole in our screen he found. Our last company charged us and never even came, they did not know we were in town and charged us for a day they "came" and we were home. A+ is winner in our book and Derek is awesome! It is a small family owned company and the service shows.
