We love working with Cindy and her crew. She gave us a free market analysis for all of our many rentals. We found out we were not making near as much income as we should be making. They raised rents, inspected properties, send us detailed reports, and pics. They found tiles that lost grout/caulk, and made sure they were filled. This seed us thousands of dollars in future repairs. We highly recommend 1st Choice Property Management.

1st Choice Property Management reached out to us to inquire about our services. They asked us multiple questions about our service which we answered very politely. Apparently because we require payment after services and do not extend discounts to property management companies they didn't like that and decided to write a FALSE negative review on us. The review they wrote was based entirely on a phone conversation which we recorded, reviewed by management and deemed completely false. If your a vendor...BE WARNED, if they react this way about credit terms and discounts just imagine how they act when it comes time to get paid!

Every time an issue occurred with my apartment, I had to fight hard to get things fixed.  For example it took them 24 days to get my AC working after it went down.  I had to eventually withhold my rent to get it fixed.  It was just one thing after another along these lines after I moved in.  Another example was a leak in one of my walls that caused my floor to buckle.  They didn't really fix the outside wall, so bees moved into wall.  I lived for a week wondering if the bees would come into my apartment.  They finally called an exterminator.  To make matters worse I work in retail and had to take precious time off to try and manage through these untimely repairs.  Even when I did take time off, the service people wouldn’t always show up on time or make the needed repairs.  This was very frustrating.  I have since moved out.  Before I moved they gave me another lease option but the rent had increased by $55.  Now I’m trying to get my security deposit back but that process has been very difficult.  At the end of the day, I just don’t want to have to hear of anyone else having to endure a similar situation.  I do not recommend this business to others.
