The servicer/plumber missed 2 appointments. When I called to reschedule the scheduler argued with me then hung up.

Known company for 25 yrs..always did a good job..we have an old house so the pipes need attention from time to time. Leslie and Nikki were always nice, on time and the price was reasonable, until Melody was hired. She sent past due bills, check had cleared. Charged $315 and wasn't fixed. Still had problem. Called back only 2 months later and were gonna charge AGAIN! Found someone else. Now it works!

We've had Tom Walker do several things for us over the last couple of years (benefits of an aging house). Each time the service has been prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended for any job, big or small.

This is the second time I have called and each time was prompt and problem solved with reasonable price . The person that answers phone is so pleasant and quick to respond and keeps you informed on service coming. The plumber that came today was Niki, she immediately found issue and had everything with her to fix it. She went above and beyond to help me and explain what I could do with the issue the leaking had caused . The first time a few years ago I had Tom who was also wonderful and quick to solve problem .

Tom Walker Plumbing and staff are consistently professional, polite, and punctual. We have been very satisfied with the quality of work provided by there staff when we have needed plumbing services.

Work was carried out in a diligent and professional manner by the plumber.  She was very efficient.  The work was performed at half the cost of another vendor for which a paid estimate had been obtained.

Wife asked a friend and she recommended Tom Walker plumbing. Wife called, set appt for that morning, The Tech came and cleaned out the whole system. Wife was thrilled. Price was real good. Happy wife, Happy Life.

He has done so many things for us over the years. This last time was wonderful as always. Tom is the only person we call for plumbing issues!

I called Tom Walker Plumbing because of a bad leak under the kitchen sink. The plumber came within an hour and replaced the leaking P-trap under the sink, after determining that the existing P-trap could not be repaired. The work was well done and completed efficiently, with everything cleaned up when the job was finished.

Because of the quality of the work and the prompt and efficient service, I had Tom Walker Plumbing return a few days later to do some additional plumbing work I had been putting off. Two plumbers came and installed new Delta faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, and they replace the wax ring and reset the toilet. Again, the work was well done and completed efficiently, with everything cleaned up thoroughly.

The plumbers were courteous and professional, and they answered all my questions.

Old house here, my hose bib valves were leaking and when i attempted to replace the valve "guts", the entire valve sheared off. Was without water overnight. In the morning (7:30am), i called Tom Walker Plumbing and let me tell you, the staff is super professional and they were really quick to respond! I had a pro here in an hour and received top notch service, completed the job done right and had them replace my other hose valve.
You want honest, hard working people doing your plumbing the right way? These are the people to call.

This job was fabulous. Dave was the one who did the work with a small crew. He was very professional and clean during the job. He gave me great advice on the work in order to save me money. They were able to get it the work done in the timeframe given.

Both of the service gentleman came out promptly and knew exactly what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them. They also cleaned up well after themselves.

This was a very involved job. Tom Walker Plumbing did some tunneling under a wall and under our front door and lobby area tile to avoid disturbing these items. They were quick, easy to work with and cleaned up afterward. Their pricing was extremely competitive and really knew what they were doing. I am deeply impressed. I will use them again for any plumbing need.

We had a huge undertaking with aging sewer pipe replacement for a 1960s home in Florida. Many plumbing companies do not wish to even consider this job, let alone tackle it as successfully and professionally as did Tom Walker Plumbing, The job included concrete slab drilling and digging up the yard-all done while the home was being lived in. The toilets, sinks and showers that used to drain slowly or back up completely now flush and drain with gusto. It was such a relief to find a company that would do the work at all-when this company did it so well and with great customer service throughout, it was like a prayer answered. As an aside, we had a smaller plumbing issue a few months later and they came out and fixed that as well. So big or small jobs-I can't say enough to compliment this great plumbing company.

Called Tom Walker's office around 9:30 am and requested an estimate for purcahsing and installing a new water heater. I wanted a slightly larger unit that would fit in the space available. The lady I was working with found just what I wanted.and quoted me an extremely fair price for the total package. I ask if it could be installed the same day and she said she would check on availability of the water heater and an installation team. She called me back within ten minutes and said they could be at my house after lunch time. I told them to go ahead. They called about 12:45pm and said they had picked up the unit and were on their way. The arrived about 1:15pm and were fast and efficient in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. The price they quoted was what I paid with only a new shut off valve I asked for as an additional cost and that was very fair at only $12.95. Great experience.

The service man and his a**'t were prompt and knowledgeable. I would recomend them to anyone needing quality work done,on time and at a good price

My water heater died over the weekend and I gave these guys a call. I told them I had a 30 gallon water heater but wanted to replace it with a 40 gallon. They came over and measured the closet it was in to make sure the new one would fit (one of the only companies that wanted to come out and look first). It would and they gave me a quote which was about $50 dollars cheaper than 4 other places I had called. They said they would have to pick up the water heater from the supplier and could install it the next day. The next day, I didn't hear anything from them by 1 P.M., so I gave them a call. They said they were on the way back and could be at my house in 45 minutes. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They did a great job installing the water heater. The only downside was that they did not cut the power to the water heater at the circuit breaker and used the disconnect at the heater. So in the process of removing the old heater, they tripped the circuit breaker for the whole house. This could have ended up with someone electrocuted.
