OCD Cleaning Services

Delicia Lee and her assistant were outstanding.  The small vacation cottage has been in the family since the mid '80's and has never had such a thorough cleaning.  Long standing stains in the bathrooms were cleaned to like a like new look.  Exterior of kitchen cabinets were scrubbed and polished, floors, baseboards, windows sills, and all surfaces were thoroughly cleaned.
Delicia came to the cottage a couple days in advance to survey what needed to be done and provided an accurate estimate of the time needed to complete the job.  She and her assistant came when promised and completed the job in the timely and professional manner.

Great service!  The team was on time, fast yet thorough and very professional.  Floors, ceiling fans, blinds, dusting, vacuuming, shower, bathroom, etc. - everything was great.  You could tell they had their hands on everything so it all got cleaned.  We have two dogs and a cat and skipped a few months of cleaning ourselves and OCD made it all look perfect!  Thanks!

Claims to steam clean, had a small machine not adequate for the job. 1700 sq ft of tile was just to much to handle. Did not dust thoroughly. Ceiling fans never touched. Was also late for appointments. Not recommended.

I am not really happy with the results of the cleaning. I would expect a bit more like wiping out the inside of the microwave and bottom of fridge at least in the kitchen. The outside of the fridge even had fingerprints on it still that were very obvious. The tops of some of the cabinets and drawers still showed where something had spilled. For a 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry where I asked to additionally sweep and vacuum common areas cost $95 which I think seems high but coupled with a bad job it's really not worth it. They didn't have to clean blinds or anything like that or dust in the living room. The last time the crew came I asked for a deep spring cleaning which cost around $115 and the job was also subpar. I figured I'd give it a second chance and it was just as disappointing. I don't plan to hire OCD again in the future. There were three people that came over to clean and it took about two hours. One of them was on her cell phone most of the time. I would have preferred she worked so I could go back to work since I was on my lunch break. The crew was nice and spoke English and that's the best thing I can say about the experience.

his company did a great job in our condo, except for the master bedroom and master bath. The majority of the work was done by one of the owners, however the master bed and bath were done by an employee and it was very poorly cleaned I had to re clean the entire room dust every where
