Once I summit my request online, I was contacted immediately and offered to have a technician to my home. The technician (Esteban) was prompted and worked very diligent to fix my computer, offered solution and took action. Their communication was very good, once the job was completed, they did a follow up, since I still had questions Esteban came back and helped me once again to resolve my questions. I highly recommend them since they are reliable and they have fair prices. Overall it was a good experience.

I am not an expert but I believe I got Competent work and a fair price. As important, though, is that When I hire someone and have a good experience I hope I am also getting a future, personal advisor for that topic.
