WIN Home Inspection

WIN Home Inspection did a wonderful job for us. They performed a Wind Mitigation and a 4 Point Inspection, which were required by the new insurance company we thought we were changing to due to our current insurance company not renewing our policy. WIN Home Inspection thoroughly explained everything as they inspected our home and we felt much more educated about the maintenance/changes that we might want to do to improve our home. After their Inspections, our insurance company rescinded their non-renewal and we have coverage for another year without an increase in our premiums! I highly recommend WIN Home Inspection.

Mike is so great. I hired him for a foundation inspection for my home purchase and needed it in a hurry. He got an opening and fit me in 2 days before expected. And I got my report back in less than 48 hrs. He's fast but still very thorough. And the fee was less than what I had budgeted for which was a plus. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for any type of home inspection.

Mike Thibodeaux was very responsive, reasonable, and professional. There was one area where I felt he could've been more communicative after he wrote his report and his report wasn't as grammatically polished as I would've liked (I'm an English professor and have high standards), but that's the only reason I didn't give him 5 stars. I definitely recommend him. He responded to me right away, showed up when he said he would, and did a good job on the report.
