Highly recommend! We had hired them previously for a reroof on our rental home and Teresa was very responsive. The job was completed on time and as quoted. When we had the opportunity to sell another rental property, 2 days before the closing, the buyers inspector had an issue with the roof. Teresa was able to send someone out to repair the items and the closing was saved.! Service above and beyond!

Highly recommend them. Teresa did a great job start to finish working with my husband and I. We live in Fayetteville Ga but also own a home in Gulf Breeze Fla.. We were told by our home owners insurance they were going to terminate our coverage as our current roof was over 15 years old. They did a beautiful job replacing the roof and getting it done in a timely manner. Teresa worked with our home owners insurance to provide them with all documentation they required to renew our policy.. She also took care of getting the wind mitigation done. She went above and beyond and worked along with us even when we had to go back to our other home in Georgia. We highly can recommend this roofing company. Their prices were very reasonable as we got 2 or 3 estimates before choosing them.

West Florida Roofing exceeded my expectations in every way. I had several quotes and Brad had the best price by far. Teresa was my main contact with the process. Both of them were outstanding, professional, and very personable. They always showed a genuine interest and care for my questions. The process was smooth and easy. They even helped me out with a great referral for my gutters. My home adjuster came out to look at the roof after Hurricane Sally. He said I had a great roof that had no problems and had good quality workmanship. He asked for their name to use for others who needed a roof. I highly recommend them!

Immediately after hurricane sally, I found that I had lost a lot of shingles. It seemed odd that the only place that they were missing was At the place that had just been repaired. I had a contractor. Come by to look at the roof. Upon inspection , I found out that the job had been done very poorly. New shingles were simply laid over the old ones. It is surprising that more damage was not done. As a consumer, you have to trust that work will be done properly when it is something that is not readily visible like a roof. I was under the impression that contractors were pre-screened by home advisor. Obviously that was not the case with West Florida roofing.. Based upon my new experience I would not recommend West Florida Roofing. In fact, I would counsel against using them. If you do hire them, good luck. Arrived when they said. Did a good job and cleaned up when they left. The price was a little higher than I had expected though. I would hire them again.

West Florida roofing did an excellent job of replacing my roof

Hired this so-called roofing company to come out and repair the roof around the chimney. Was told they would repair the ply-wood, re-flash the chimney and add a cricket behind the chimney. This is one of the shoddiest pieces of work that I have ever seen. When tearing out the old shingles and wood instead of hauling it off the put it in the attic and covered it with the new boards in hoping we would not find it ? Told me that they did not use silicone on the flashing and all that is up there is silicone. Then tried to accuse me of doing it. Very poor attitudes with this company/ we will try to get our money back. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE! UPDATE 4/6/2020: This is a rebuttal to the west Florida roofing answer? In reading his reply who is going to pay someone $1200.00 and go up and remove what was done and add silicone to it. Now how stupid does this sound. They know they screwed up but just do not want to admit it. The homeowner is 85 yrs. old there is no way he can get on a roof. Just pitiful that he could write so many lies.

Roofers adapted to a less than accurate description of work and estimate. They did a quick and absolutely outstanding job from start to finish to include leaving the area cleaner than they found it. I will call them again.
