They installed a new system about 2 years ago. They were prompt, and before sending the technician out, they emailed me a picture of him, which was really cool. The work they did was part of the package when I bought the new system, where I had a certain amount of time when they would come out and do service checks. I am sure their price is comparable to what anybody else would charge for the equipment. I will continue to use them in future.
