We called Chad Averill because he was recommended by an acquaintance who had used him in the past. We are very glad we did. Chad came by the next day and looked at our appliances (we had bought a short sale home and appliances were no longer under warranty). He immediately diagnosed the issues and said he would call me back same day with estimates after he sourced the necessary parts. One part was back ordered, but he came out and fixed what he could right away. All told there were three visits. Each time he and his assistant Josh were cheerful, professional, and pleasant to work with. They made sure to protect my floors and clean up after themselves. Chad's attitude and work ethic is admirable. He seems to really love his job and his knowledge and experience with refrigerators is evident. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again. The cost was as quoted and I think very fair.

They are also very punctual and will work with you if it is an emergency.

The experience was good. I talked to the owner and he wasn't able to come out but his employee did. He was efficient and they fixed the washer. They had to wait for a part to come in.

Chad was recommended to us, highly, by an appliance salesman we approached for a serviceperson recommendation. As it turned out, we hired him twice in April, once to replace a circuit board in our stove and once to replace the drive belt in our dryer. In each case, he responded quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, explained the problem clearly, acquired the parts quickly (the fan belt he had in the truck), made the fix, and charged fairly.

He came out the same day.  He was personable.  He was very knowledgeable about all appliances.  He has three different phone numbers for three different areas.  He was very reasonably priced too.  He doesn't overcharge.  Our experience was terrifically positive.  He really knows his business.  I have nothing negative to say about him or the work that he does.
