Mr. G. Hendricks is very professional, energetic, personal individual. He diagnosed and resolved my computer issues. He picked up and delivered my computer fixed. He also made suggestions that will add more life to my computer. I will choose him when I am ready to upgrade.

George responded to my request promptly and came to my home within just a few hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He also found that my mouse was malfunctioning - and I had thought the mouse problem was a symptom of the main problem. It was unrelated though, and he left me a corded mouse to use until I am able to replace the cordless one that was malfunctioning. George was also very good about explaining what he was doing and was very personable in our conversation. I am thrilled with the service he provided and will most certainly contact him again should I have issues in the future. Kathee
