When they thought that it was fixed and decided to leave, I found out that they had disconnected my TV from a game station of mine instead of rerouting to another outlet. They didn't explain that they had just removed a cord and switched inputs. It didn't fix the original problem, they just created more issues that I ended up fixing on my own.
Description of Work: They tried to attempt to figure out as to why my cable and internet kept disconnecting.
