Excellent! Dan Thrift was professional and most helpful in understanding the do's and don'ts for these new, energy-efficient systems. He and his team were totally punctual and did a great job on installation.

After two phone calls (didn't return messages), got a human on the end of the phone and immediate service. Prompt, courteous. Seemed competent and knowledgeable. They were the only company I was able to find willing to do this job.
