Steve and Robert are great. Our windows are 34 years old and several couldn’t be opened without a lot of muscle power. We were between repairing or replacing. We chose to go with repair and couldn’t be more pleased. Especially at one/tenth of the cost of replacing. All are now opening much easier, even with arthritic hands! Would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to family and friends.

Work was performed as expected. They were prompt, polite, clearly good at what they do, and transparent about pricing.

I called and spoke with Robert on Monday and we scheduled appointment for Tuesday.  Robert and Steve both showed up and had my windows fixed and working perfectly in 10 minutes.  I was impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and efficiency.  What made this even better is that I had contacted some of the big box stores about this problem and all had recommended replacing the windows at an estimated cost of $2,000 - $2,500.  Not only do I have perfectly working windows, but I did so at a fraction of the cost.  Would highly recommend Extreme Window Repair to anyone with window issues.

After a couple years searching for window repair companies, I found Extreme Windows (thanks to Angie's list). All the other companies told me my windows couldn't be repaired and I needed to replace them. I have double paned windows, no leaks or condensation, yet I was to believe that a simple spring required over $3500 in replacement cost (their cheapest windows)? I called Extreme, they asked what the problem was, I explained it, they identified my window brand by the description I gave them, assured me that they can fix them and quoted me over the phone. because the price was right, I decided to get the whole house done. We scheduled a time, they called me 30 minutes prior to their arrival (like they said they would) and showed up ready to work. They were like a NASCAR"s pit crew, after a hour or so my windows were repaired and worked like a charm! I plan to have them come back out and install new steel rollers on my sliding back door so it can glide with a finger's touch!!!

I called, they came as agreed to measure, we set a mutually agreed return date;
they came promptly when planned, had it fixed good as new in about 10 minutes.
Easy in, easy out; perfect.
Robert and Steve are experienced and very personable.

I got a call that Steve and Robert were on the way.  They showed up a short time later.  They knew exactly what the problems were. Repairs were completed in 30 minutes.  Steve is a straight shooter and assured me that repairing our windows was the best option. I will use them for all window repairs in the future.  Thanks AL!

Arrived as planned, cleaned up work areas. I would definitely use them again.

Robert and Steve were great.  I contacted them to set up an appointment.  My phone call was returned timely and I was given a window on when they would arrive.  They called 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know that they were on their way.  Once they arrived they fixed the windows quickly.  I would definitely use them again.

The bottom section of a front window was not tight because a guide was broken.
Even though it was an older window, they had a part that fit and they fixed it right away.
Honest, fair and prompt.
 These guys know their business.
