Another moving company who quoted me a flat rate, ended up trying to upcharge me on the day of my move, May 14, 2015.  They essentially got some of my belongings on the truck and then tried to upcharge me by almost $1000.  I then flat out told them to put my items back in storage, and I was in tears not knowing what I was going to do.  A lady who owned the storage unit told me she would call these guys and see if there were any way that they could fit me in over the next few days.   After talking to the owner, Mr. Cutshall, he basically rearranged his schedule to move me THE SAME DAY.  I cannot say enough about these guys!  I went from being in tears to completely at peace because they went out of their way to help me.
Mr. Cutshall and his crew were courteous, professional and entirely sympathetic to what had transpired.  Despite the fact that he could have rightfully charged me more because it was a "Same Day/Urgent Move", he did nothing of the kind.  He charged me the same flat rate as I'd been originally quoted.  Despite the exceeding Tampa heat and carrying all kinds of boxes and furniture up a flight of stairs to my new place, they were all cheerful and polite.  In fact, even after they'd completed the move, they went out of their way to build my bed for me so that I would not have to sleep on the floor of my place.
These guys have INTEGRITY; they are PROFESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY.  I would recommend them to anyone for any move, local or long distance.  If you choose these guys, I can pretty much guarantee you will be happily satisfied.
