Everything about Chem-Dry was an A. He came in with a person who was learning. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to him. Of course I overheard it and when he left he told me about spots he could not remove. I gave him Goof Off and he worked on them and everything came out. He was very glad I did. He is a young fellow who is getting married. He has been here before and I think he is going to be fine. His future wife answers the phone. They are very nice and they answer questions. I would use him in the future.
