I have been coming to Shelton Veterinary Clinic (the Bunnell location) for some time. The office is extremely welcoming and the staff are always pleasant and helpful and especially loving to the animals. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kristin Kultgen-Dominguez who is very knowledgable and has compassion for my animals as well as myself. She goes above and beyond even calling me on a holiday to make sure my animal is doing well. ! The technicians are fantastic about answering questions when my wife (who is a nervous mommy) calls them. The prices are very affordable in todays economy.. Overall a fabulous office and would highly recommend them.

I was disappointed with the service at the Bunnell location the last 3 times i was there. The wait beyond the appointment time is excessive. The attending vet was late, further delaying service. The staff socialized together too much while customers were waiting and didn't take time to communicate delays to me or the others in the waiting room. They handled my animal fairly and did explain the condidtion thoroughly. Their prices were rather high. I would suggest better structure and customer service.

We have been to two of their offices; one in Palm Coast and one in Bunnell. Our dog is being treated for skin problems for a long time; he has allergies.

We usually see Dr. Kristen Colpgen but we have seen all the Doctors there and they are all very good. They all truly care and love the animals and it really shows through. They always give you options and suggestions on treatment plans and work with you for what is best for your pet.
