Great as usual. I make an appointment and even if it's at the last minute, they fit me in and don't make me wait forever. Although their waiting room is very comfortable and customer service is very friendly so it's not hard to wait for your car there. Dependable, trustworthy, educated, and classy auto repair shop.

Eric is the service manager and he was very polite and professional. He made sure that I was satisfied with the job. He said if I was not satisfied with the job for any reason at all to bring the vehicle back to the shop and they would do what it takes.
The mechanic's name was Sam. He is a certified mechanic and also very helpful and professional. He took a couple of test drives with me before and after the job. The local Audi dealer was too far to drive to and not in the area so I chose to go to Sam's.

Dealing with Sam is always super easy. He will take you in at the last minute, get your car ready by the time you need it, then provide great car repair. When I drove away I was happy because I won't have to deal with another oil change for quite a while and I knew my car was in peak working condition. NOTE: I think the $30 synthetic oil change is a special so you may not always get it for that cheap, just FYI.
