 + -1 moreGreat as usual. I make an appointment and even if it's at the last minute, they fit me in and don't make me wait forever. Although their waiting room is very comfortable and customer service is very friendly so it's not hard to wait for your car there. Dependable, trustworthy, educated, and classy auto repair shop.
Description of Work: I depend on this company to do maintenance on my car on a regular basis. They change my oil, etc. and most importantly they make sure my car is running safely. They always make sure my tires are properly aligned, inflated, and SAFE.

 + -1 moreEric is the service manager and he was very polite and professional. He made sure that I was satisfied with the job. He said if I was not satisfied with the job for any reason at all to bring the vehicle back to the shop and they would do what it takes. The mechanic's name was Sam. He is a certified mechanic and also very helpful and professional. He took a couple of test drives with me before and after the job. The local Audi dealer was too far to drive to and not in the area so I chose to go to Sam's.
Description of Work: front and rear brakes pads and rotors for my 2008 Audi A-4

 + -1 moreDealing with Sam is always super easy. He will take you in at the last minute, get your car ready by the time you need it, then provide great car repair. When I drove away I was happy because I won't have to deal with another oil change for quite a while and I knew my car was in peak working condition. NOTE: I think the $30 synthetic oil change is a special so you may not always get it for that cheap, just FYI.
Description of Work: Sam's Auto Repair in Palm Coast has done many different services for me in the past but most recently I had an oil change with synthetic oil in my Honda CR-V. This car is my baby, in fact when I was considering buying it I took it for a test drive to Sam's shop so he could check it out and give me the okay. Whenever he does anything as minor as just changing the oil he does lots of other extra stuff including safety inspection, which is awesome.
