From start to finish, this company was a breath of fresh air.  They came through in the customer service department always returning phone calls and answering our questions.  They are a small family run business and take their reputation very seriously.  WE couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the before and after pictures say it all!

Job went okay but after 90% of plants failed to last the season, I was told that the plants were not hardy for this area. When I refuted that , I remembered that the employee who sold me the package was no longer there. Paradise says this employee caused them problems also but this issue was my problem. They would help by giving me "landscaper" prices for new plants. I went elsewhere for the same prices and was given advice on cold hardy plants good for this area. I won't have to replace the plants again--hopefully!! Being new to this area, we were fooled into using this landscaper.

If you want an unsatisfactory result at top dollar, this is the contractor for you. The patio/walkway was insufficiently planned, without using forms to regulate the edges of the patio and walkway. The pavers on the old patio were NOT removed, and the flagstone installed on top of the old pavers, raising the patio 1-2" - an unexpected result. The walkway to the stairway was not leveled, and done hurriedly at the end of the project. It is not level, nor does it have consistent width. There are no straight lines around the patio or walkway because the contractor did not use forms before applying the crush crete and cement edging. The grout that was installed is already (1 month later) deteriorating, and will be replaced in a few weeks. Finally, the estimate was for $3,936, including permits, but the final bill was for $4,224, and we secured and paid for the permits. We did not quarrel with the bill; we simply wanted the company to leave.
