Overall the entire process was very good. Bill showed up promptly, explained what happened to the old unit and told me I would need a new one. Bill went over types of unit best for my house, the cost and financing and set up a date for the new unit to be installed. New Unit was installed the next day. Bill and co-worker were efficient and very responsible. They left the area neat and clean. I would highly recommend Ice Cold Air and Refrigeration.
