It was Great. Gave us a estimate before work began. Showed up when scheduled. Repaired all damaged roofing plus extra damage which was revealed. Thoroughly cleaned up. They were very polite and courteous. Plan on using them again.

It went great. They were fast, reliable, and a fair price.

They came out shortly thereafter and did the work for the estimate with no fuss. We went thru Irma without a drip. We are well pleased and would contact them again for any roof work we may need.

Was surprised when they arrived the next day, as they had indicated they would be coming next week but that the office manager would contact me to confirm a date. I never heard from the office manager and only realized they had arrived when i heard pounding on the roof early the next morning. No one came to the door to tell me they had arrived. Good thing there were no family gatherings or guests around when they showed up so unexpectedly; pounding on the roof is not something anyone wants to hear, but especially not if you're having a family get-together (which happens frequently at my house). I was surprised at the appearance of their dump truck when they arrived. I understand that roofing is messy and dirty but the truck looked like it would barely pass a road inspection. The back was half-filled with debris and a few new-looking shingles, but everything was mixed together. Looks aren't everything, but I had asked the previous day when they came to do the estimate (not driving the bedraggled truck) about matching new shingles to the old ones on the roof. The young man was rather cavalier about it and said matching them would be no problem--but he had none to show me. So when I looked in the truck when they arrived, i was concerned to see that there were no matching shingles. As it turned out, they didn't replace any. They were supposed to, but did not. The young man came with an older man to do the work. The young guy told me his grandfather owned the company. And when they were on the roof, I was up on a different area of it, cleaning out a gutter. But I couldn't help noticing that only the older man did any work. The young guy was on his cell phone almost the entire time and the calls he was receiving and making were not work-related. He also spent a lot of time smoking (not working) on the roof and frankly I never saw him do any work. The older guy did fix the hole near the sun tunnel but as far as I can tell, that's the only work they did. Would have patched it myself if the roof in that area was not so steep. On the invoice, FCR listed several things they were going to do, including replacing cap shingles, installing flashing, resealing shingles, replacing roof jack nails, and fixing raised nails. They may have pounded down some raised nails, but I did not see them replace any nails, shingles, or flashing. The entire roof will have to be replaced in the next few years. Not hiring them again and would not recommend them.

When we called them, they said it would be about 2 weeks but they came out the next day. They finished the job so my husband was very pleased with them. Everything I know was good. I'd say A all the way through.

When he came down again he presented me with a nail that had caused the trouble and said there was no charge! I was astonished to say the least. What a good deed for an 83 year old widow! We have had loads of rain in the last couple of weeks since his visit and my garage has stayed dry. I recommend him to everyone that will listen.

They were efficient. Got the job done quickly. It did have a leak when it was done but they came back promptly and corrected the issue and did not charge for it.

Don came out to the house and looked at the Roof Stack Vents.  I thought they had to be replaced, yet he told me they were just oxidized.  Don spray painted Rust-O-leum onto all the Roof Stack Vents to have a clean new look and this would also keep small animals from eating on the Lead Roof Sack Vents.  Don from Flagler County Roofing did this as a courtesy.  How sweet of him!  Will definitively use this roofing company when needing any further roofing services.  Thank you again Flagler County Roofing for your kindness.

Highly recommend this company and the standard of workmanship as well as the excellent job of cleaning the area,  covering

the necessary ground areas. Job was completed in a little under two full days.

They did a very good job. They did the whole thing in one day and they were very good.

During Tropical Storm Arthur last week we noticed that we had a roof leak. We contacted this provider, and they sent their inspector out the next day. The repair cost estimate was $685.00 for a section of roof 20 feet by 6 feet. The planned repair date was scheduled for 12 July, but on 9 July they called, and moved up our repairs to the 10th of July. They arrived on time, and completed the work in about 4 hours. The cost was the exact price of the estimate. I am completely satisfied.

I called Flagler County Roofing to give me an estimate on repairing my roof.  They showed up in a very timely fashion and upon examination of my roof they explained to me in detail  what needed to be done and the cost.



Once I accepted their proposal, my job was put on the schedule with in three days. The crew showed up on time and immediately began working.  I was very impressed with the crew that worked on my roof.  They were all very knowledgeable and worked hard throughout the job.  Everyone on the crew was courteous and answered all my questions. 



All in all, the experience I had with Flagler County Roofing is rated "fantastic".  The price was fair, the crew was great, and most of all they did a great job on my roof repair.

Were very patient with us as far as questions and being right up there with them. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived a little earlier than scheduled time ( a plus)  with large crew, what impressed me most was the organization of the entire crew.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  I would recommend and use them for any future repairs.
