Great quality, great value, attention to detail. I was out of town building my house which I designed with By the Shore. Superintendent Mike Struhar is great to work with, and always returned my calls. At the end, it turned out to be a great house. I got a lot of appraises from many who walked past by. The most recent one being:” this is the house I liked the most in the neighborhood”

Great construction quality. Great value. Superintendent Mike Struhar is great to work with, very responsive and pay attention to detail. My house has a pool, by the shore inc. Also built the pool.
