Dave was great to do business with. I explained that my almost 16 year old water softener needed to be either refurbished or replaced. Dave answered all my questions and gave me two options with details and complete pricing. It was more cost effective to replace the system. The price was very reasonable for a quality Clack two tank (high capacity resin + Centaur catalytic carbon) system with brine tank. Dave arrived on time as scheduled, removed the old system and installed the new system very expertly. The new system works as expected and we are very pleased with our new water softener. I would highly recommend WaterMedic for servicing or replacing a water softener and/or R/O system.

CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL, HONEST & REASONABLE SERVICES!! THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT!! My water softener I never use started making loud noises. I called Dave at Water Medic that I was referred to by two people. He called me right back at 8 am and had me send pictures. I tried to turn it off with him giving me instructions over the phone but it sprayed out water. He said that wasn't good. He told me he'd be out that day after his work day. He and his helper, both who were super friendly and knowledgable, came out removed the water filter and completely redid my old piping. It looked so great (3/4's less than the piping that was there) and his price was very, very reasonable. Let me tell you, after so many companies I've dealt with out here since moving to FL, who don't do a thorough job or don't even show up when they say and then charge me above and beyond reasonable rates it was so refreshing to find an honest thorough business owner who actually cares about doing the job right and not taking customers for every dollar they can get! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dave!!

Dave is excellent! Called me on a Sunday, came right out on Monday and diagnosed my problem, offered me several solutions. Ultimately I purchased a new system from him, which he installed right then. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend him to anyone. Will use him again if the need arises.

very personable, professional, no pressure to buy anything very helpful in showing how my water softener system works and after checking it recommended that I get a new one as the current one was broken. Also stated that I could contact other water treatment companies to compare prices Dave was an excellent owner. He asked how everything was in my new home and i stated fine except my garbage disposal didn't work and asked if I minded if he took a look and then proceeded to fix it at no charge. That is what I feel is GREAT customer service. Dave said when I contact my Home owners Insurance to call back and he would either be Happy to get me a new or used system. If the Home Warranty did it he wasn't concerned as long as I was satisfied. If you can agree that this company is reputable than say Amen. PS within 1 hr Dave called me after I contacted HomeAdvisor whats so big about that? he was on Vacation with his family in the Florida Keys.

Dave was punctual, factual, detailed, friendly and efficient. He provided a written quote without being asked for it. He was very respectful and he did the work exactly when he said he would for the price he quoted. He was a wealth of information, and presented no surprises. After the installation, which took approximately 45 minutes, he cleaned up the work area, leaving no traces of his work. Now we have an efficient water softening system and a vendor we are more than happy to refer based on price, quality, trustworthiness and friendliness.

Dave was wonderful. I called on a Friday night and he was able to talk us through the issue so that water could be restored until he could complete the necessary repairs. He completed the work early the next week. The charge was quite reasonable, and I very much appreciate his help.
