TROPICAL CARPET CARE

Tropical is a one man operation. He vacummed, cleaned, and vacuumed again all of the carpets in our house  Our house is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, loft, family room, dining room and den that is carpeted. He moved all furniture except the beds,entertainment center and large computer-library furnitures and large bedroom furniture. It took him most of the day and the job was excellent. We will definitely hire him again.

CleanedOwner / operator promptly returned telephone call and provided an very reasonable estimate based upon the square footage for cleaning an entire house. Cautioned that he would personally move all furniture with the exception of those containing china, fragile items, etc. He arrived as scheduled, inspected the project, and confirmed the price that he had quoted. Due to the need for additional spot cleaning caused by the amount dirt, it took him 1 hour longer than estimated to complete the work, but that did not affect the quoted price. In addition, he found and pointed out some jewelry hidden behind a closet door.

He was very reasonable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things well. He said that he wouldn?t charge me if he wasn?t able to get the rugs cleaned in one of the apartments. However, it was very clean as though it was brand new.

This is the 3rd time using this company, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my carpet! We wanted to have our carpets clean in time for the holidays, and were way overdue. As usual, they are sparkling clean, dry within an hour, and the house is nice and fresh.

this is the second time I have used their services, and am completely satisfied with their work!

Beige carpeting had stains from previous renters who had a small child, so carpet was full of juice stains and heavy traffic stains. Gary and his assistant did a wonderful job of getting 99% of the stains out. The only stain not removed was from wood furniture that got wet and left orange stains, but it was lightened. He showed up on time and gave me some pointers on what to do with future stains (because beige carpet will always get them!) Carpet was dry within an hour. His price can't be beat! He was recommended by the previous home owner and didn't raise his price from the last time he cleaned the carpet. Highly recommend!
