Roofing
This home was a new purchase, and the seller was providing a new roof as part of the sale. Sunstate was initially contracted to the seller, but agreed to re-assign the contract to us to expedite the closing so we could commence renovations to make a tight move-in date. That was very helpful. Sunstate also agreed to expand the scope of the project and replace all fascia with treated lumber. Cost was good, service was good, and quality of the results was excellent. I would recommend Sunstate without reservation.
