Called me back and scheduled a time to come out and give a quote. We got 3 quotes and he was the best price so we hired him. He got the job done and they look great.

They were great.

They did a nice job but the instructor that came never introduced himself and I was furious. I don't know his name and he came in and all he did was looked at the frame of the door on each side. He never tried the door to go up and down or check the quality of the door. He wasn't here for 2 minutes. I am going to get in touch my with my congressmen because we people are tax payers and these people come in and don't do their job like they should. I was very disappointed. I am going to let Sunshine know that I didn't like that inspector at all. He had no personality in the first place and that he should have introduced himself. They did a nice job but they have to get a strip for the bottom because the concrete is not that even where the door closes. There is a little opening so they ordered a strip for the door and they told us that as soon as they get it they would put it.

They were here on time. They fixed the door and I haven't had any trouble with it. I wanted him to replace the cable but he wouldn't do it.

We bought a house that needed a new garage door (for 2 car garage) and garage door opener. We got a few estimates. Tim's estimate was clear and honest. He did the job within a week. We got a door that was medium level insulated. It is so quiet when it opens and the garage felt cooler, even on those hot days. Very satisfied with the job and would recommend him.

We had a torsion spring break in our garage door. We called at about 4:30 p.m and Tim came over about 2 hours later. He replaced both springs and got the garage door working again. We talked about the age and condition of our existing garage door, and the cost of replacing it in the future. Tim never tried to hard sell us, just talked about what could go wrong in the future. When we decide to replace the door, we'll be calling them again. Their installed prices for garage doors beat what you would pay at the big home improvement stores.

Tim came out in the evening and fixed the door the same day I called. He was very polite and honest. Only charged a $55 service fee, when I expected to pay a lot more for the work completed. I am now purchasing a new door and garage door opener from him and look forward to the service I know we will receive!

I saw the workers installing a garage door in a new house and inquired about installing one in my house. They sent a representative and we had a contract and they installed a new sound proof, hurricane proof garage door with a new craftsman garage opener and they did it in a reasonable length of time and were very courteous and conscientious workers, and they explained everything to me that I needed to know about the door and the opener. They harmed my garage ceiling and they made arrangements to have it fixed and I didn't have to keep calling them to have it done. Everything was satisfactory.
