BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE !!! ABSOLUTE WRIP-OFF !!! Did NOT go on roof to clean away lint from cover and screen and also did not even bother to tell me that they did NOT reconnect the dryer hose to dryer. Moved dryer and ....surprise, unbeknownst the hose was NOT hocked up...and there was quite a bit of dust, which, when I tried to sweep it up was told " We'll get all of that". The 'kid', (his son) dragged a large vac into the garage with a long hose and started to vacuum for less then a minute. When I questioned what they were doing they claimed that the hose was put all the way up to the roof and sucked out lint....NAW, I was right there and watched, the length of the hose that would have been required to clean opening all the way to roof was NOT brought into utility room...instead remained in garage. All ....BS ! Aside from that the 'kid' asked the father for a screwdriver to fasten the hose back onto dryer. Thereafter shoved the dryer back WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPTS TO CLEAN UP DUST THAT HAD BUILT UP BECAUSE OF DISCONNECTED DRYER CONNECTION ! So, I quickly took a broom and cleaned it up. Paid $ 50 cash. After they left I took a step stool and flashlight and looked behind dryer. THE HOSE WAS NOT RECONNECTED TO DRYER !!! NOT A WORD (!) FROM the 'Kid', nor the father. Just left me with impression that all was taken care. So, I called and was told: "We cleaned, and apparently the hose 'popped' off...must not be the right fitting ". WHAT ...??? the hose 'popped' off....NO, nothing 'popped' it was just left there, not even anywhere near the dryer hole connection...and they did not even have the DECENCY to tell me about it ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT ! Altogether, a HORRIBLE experience and a waste of money !
